Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery day, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected by use, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return item(s). If your refund is approved, your return will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, unless the item(s) was received damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, this will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items and gift cards), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We can only replace products if they are damaged or defective. Please notify us of any defects or damages within 48 hours as soon as you notice any defect or damage. If you wish to exchange your faulty product for a new one, please:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and notify you if the refund was approved or rejected. If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
